How to become KnowPulp Material Supplier?
KnowPulp is widely used by companies and educational institutions in the field (KnowPulp users).
Most of the material has been provided by the user companies. In addition about 60 other companies and organizations have supplied pictures, video-clips and text to KnowPulp. These companies see KnowPulp as one of their marketing channels.
How to get my companies material included into KnowPulp and what does it costs?In order for us to be able to allow user companies to use the system including material delivered by your organisation, we need a written contract on the right to use the delivered material. Your company name will be seen in the title of every picture you supply to KnowPulp. The KnowPulp search robot uses the text in these titles. In addition, there is a separate page for material suppliers with links to their web pages.
Supplying material doesn't cost anything, but it takes a little bit time and effort.
How much effort does it take to be a material supplier?Just contact us, and we will agree on a type of cooperation suitable for your company. In practice, a good procedure has shown to bee the following:
Let’s arrange an appointment and we from Prowledge will give you a KnowPulp demonstration. Together we can discuss about what material your company could supply and where in KnowPulp it could be included. Because the system is both in English and Finnish, material in both languages are more than welcome, though not compulsory.
After you have collected the text and picture material, you can send it to us preferably in electrical form. We will do the implementation. After the implementation we open for you a temporary access to KnowPulp internet version and you have time to check and comment our implementation. We will make possible corrections before publication.
